Cultural programme
The programme consists of one week of language and cultural training, one week of seminars & company visits relevant to the project, and a one week work placement and/or professional training in cooperation with companies or training colleges. The experience gives the participant basic Spanish language skills, an opportunity to live abroad and observe working practices and cultural differences in another country.
Commerce & Marketing
Duration: 16 weeks
4 weeks language training and cultural preparation
12 weeks internship
Cultural programme
The programme consists of a 4 week Spanish language course which prepares the participants for a three month internship in companies in the Canary Islands. They will be placed in various departments such as Marketing, Commerce, Administration, Accounts or Management.
The placement depends on the participant’s background, skills, level of Spanish and job preference. The Participant must have a basic working knowledge of Spanish and may work in several different areas during the placement. The experience encourages independence and improves communication, language and interpersonal skills.
Tourism & Hotel Business
Duration: 16 weeks
4 weeks language training and cultural preparation
12 weeks internship
Cultural programme
The programme consists of 4 weeks language training which prepares the participants for a three months internship in first class hotels (4-5 star) in the Canary Islands. The placement can be in various departments e.g. Reception, Administration, Marketing, Management, Entertainment, Housekeeping, Bar, Restaurant or Kitchen.
The placement depends on the participant’s background, skills, level of Spanish and job preference. The Participant must have a basic working knowledge of Spanish and may work in several different areas during the placement. The experience encourages independence, improves communication, language and interpersonal skills.
