FU International Academy is a professional training school and international language academy in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife. It is a subsidiary of the German F+U educational group and was founded in 2000.

As well as running a wide range of language and training courses we have been successfully organising Mobility Projects in the Canary Islands and abroad since 2001.

FU as a Receiving Partner

Within the framework of the Lifelong Learning Programme, particularly Leonardo da Vinci, the FU International Academy acts as receiving partner. We specialise in partnering and hosting mobility students in many different sectors. Our experienced International Project Coordinators work closely with the sending organisations and take care of all the students’ needs while they are in Tenerife.

Over the years we have developed strong links with many major companies in the Canary Islands. These contacts allow us to provide the best possible experience and work placements for people from all over Europe (UK, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Turkey etc).

Our Academy also works in partnership with Professional Training Schools in the Canary Islands by helping them to send their students abroad for work placements or internships in many different sectors. Our partner schools, F+U in Germany, have acted as the receiving partners.

Over the years we have successfully developed many EU funded projects and gained a wealth of experience. We now also represent many of the Professional Training Schools in the Canary Islands. Our aim is to promote these schools and develop partnerships with sending organisations from all over Europe who would like to benefit from the experience of working with these well established institutions.
